  • Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

  • Diabetes

  • Mental health condition

Are you experiencing any of the following signs and symptoms ?
  • Fatigue, anxiety, depression

  • Loss of memory or concentration

  • Sore throat, abnormal continual coughs

  • Enlarged lymph nodes in your neck or armpits

  • Unexplained muscle or joint pain

  • Headache, unrefreshing sleep

  • Extreme exhaustion lasting more than 24 hours after physical or mental exercise

It is time to visit our GP for a general check up or regular annual health assessment.
