MD Clinic is a go-to general practice for everyone who wants to actively take care of your own health as well as improving quality of life. Dr Sulava is dedicated to providing you the best possible care whether it is a burn from cooking or a fracture from sports activity to an ongoing complex diabetes care or chronic mental health condition.

Experienced, passionate and dedicated General Practitioner with over 25 years of clinical experience. Dr. Sulava is especially interested in skin cancer surgery and diabetes management. He is also fluent in Croatian.
Our friendly reception Staff:
Anita is fluent in the Croatian language,Vesna and Vicky are fluent in the Macedonian language . With a combined experience of 40 years in the industry they can assist you with all your inquiries.
Practice Nurse is also available at the clinic who can perform triage, standard screening and vital signs including Blood Pressure checks and Glucose monitoring before you see the Doctor.

Leah Wendler is the visiting podiatrist to our clinic. She is available on Tuesdays every week.

After hours and emergency
After hours and home visits can be arranged with your GP or contact home visiting doctor. Please call 9429 5677.
Phone Calls (receiving and returning)
Should you wish to speak with your doctor you may leave a message with reception and your doctor will return your call when possible. if the call is regarding a medical condition, it may be more appropriate to make an appointment to see a doctor.
Patient Test Results
Patients are required to return for a consultation to obtain test results preferably with the doctor who ordered the tests. If any results are abnormal and/or require urgent attention, we will contact you. please make sure we always have up to date phone number and address details.
Privacy Provisions
Your medical record is a confidential document. The security of your personal health information is maintained at all times and is restricted to authorised members of staff.
Complaints
We understand patients have rights and we endeavor to support these rights. If you are unhappy with any aspect of these services or if you feel your rights are not supported, we would appreciate your comments. Patient feedback forms are available on the reception desk.
